Jesus’ return will be the most significant event to impact the earth since the Genesis Flood. Your thoughts?

“But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
But as the days of Noah were, so shall the coming of the Son of man be.
For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark,
And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away, so shall the coming of the Son of man be.
Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
Watch, therefore, for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.”
Matthew’s gospel: chapter 24, verses 36-42
Jesus coming again to this earth will signify that the end of the world will be in its final stages. It will be unreversible. There will be great joy in heaven. Maybe much less on the earth.
Those who mock God had best enjoy in their mocking now, as there won't be anyone mocking then.
Jesus will not be coming to set foot on the earth. His first appearing will be in the clouds. 1Thess 4:13-17 But when He does return to the earth it will be as the King of Kings, and no one will be able to stand against our Mighty God.
I agree. It will be the biggest event since the flood and Noah’s ark. Everyone will know Jesus is here. There will be no mistake about it.
Those who have been mocking God here on R&S (and everywhere) will be sadly shocked to the core of their beings, and some will turn to Christ. Those who don’t will serve the devil and end up in hell.

I don't think it will be as big an event as people think, expectations are higher now, he's got David Blaine and Criss Angel to compete with. If he doesn't want his message to fall upon deaf ears he'll need a new angle but inevitably he'll most likely end up doing loads of reality shows to try to boost his profile.

If you look at all the eclipses we are having,all the natural disasters, how hateful and greedy people are, and look at how evil the world is then carry on reading the bible, then you wont be surprised if Jesus comes back tomorrow. Its quite scary but I am trying to pepare my heart and soul for the day.

I think it will have more impact on everyone than what they think. First there will be a lot of people die in accidents. I think all of the innocent children will be gone, so even nonbelievers will me mourning the loss of their children. I think the US economy will collapse because there are the most Christians in the US. A lot of empty houses with no one to pay the mortgage. The housing market will collapse. Then to top it all of the Tribulation will be coming.
Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

I don’t he’ll get very far. Jesus will probably be killed by Evangelical or Catholic Christians claiming that he is an impostor pretending to be the Messiah (history repeats itself).

Believers will be with Him when He Returns
to Jerusalem—-He comes to stop Man from totally wiping out the race of Man and their destruction of the Earth- 1000 yrs of total Peace to Man and all of His creation, The Lion will graze with the sheep;at the end of that span of time there is a quick judgement—Eternity has just started;Eternity with God or Eternity with Satan,Choice of Man will place man in one or the other;
