What's the best exercise to loose excess fat on your stomach?
Is it better to do weights/sit ups etc or cardio exercise? I eat healthily and exercise regularly, just can't shift a little flab on the stomach. Not looking to get a great 6-pack, just want a flat stomach.
cardio and weight are both important, and so is diet.

Sit-Ups. No way around it.

Crunches work every time and not as hard as sit up. My daughter is a personal trainer and that is what she recommends……

Situps or crunches won't help. Sprinting invervals will with proper diet.
Sprint for 30 seconds, jog for 2 minutes - repeat 3 times with a 5 minute warm and and 5 minute cool down.
Do this 3 times a week and you'll lose weight fast. I've lost 17 pounds in 5 weeks off this program. Much flatter stomach.

depends on how much flab you have. crunches will draw in the fat… to a degree. if you got a lot of flab, you will need to do cardio to remove the layer of fat. cardio is your best bet, because it will reveal your 6-pack no matter what.
