Please help me out. I would be obliged if you did so.
atherosclerosis is the buildup of plaques in ur arteries and u dont treat it medically. u can treat the result of it (angina) medically.
to get rid of the plaque, have a balloon angioplasty done. but for people who have so much plaque buildup that they require this procedure, removing the plaque does not mean it wont come back in the future. in fact, they have a better chance of recurrence than other normal people. best thing to do is eat healthy and exercise.
remember it is cheaper to live healthy and not have to go to the hospital than to live an unhealthy life style and get treatment when ur sick.

Liquid Omega-3 Fish Oils are obtained from anchovies, mackerel and sardines found in cold, deep, Norwegian water. These fish provide more of the Omega-3 factors (fatty acids) than other fish. Omega-3 fatty acids have an effect on a variety of disorders including coronary artery disease, and on lowering cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Because fatty acids are found in high concentrations in the brain, they are essential for nerve conduction and brain function.OLs Liquid Omega-3 Fish Oils contain natural triglycerides for better absorption. Ethyl Ester forms of Omega-3 fish oils are resistant to digestive enzymes. During the digestive process, pancreatic lipase enzymes adhere to the oils to liberate fatty acids. This stage of digestion prepares fatty acids for absorption. Ethyl Ester forms of Omega-3 fish oils are 10 to 50 times more resistant than natural triglycerides. Therefore, your body receives substantially more nutrients by ingesting the natural triglyceride form of OLs Liquid Omega-3 Fish Oils. The primary protective components of fish oil are two long chain, highly polyunsaturated fatty acids called Eicosapentaenoic acid [EPA] and Docosahexaenoic acid [DHA]. There are a number of studies in current scientific literature that demonstrate that EPA and DHA help prevent atherosclerosis, lower blood pressure, reduce triglyceride levels, and are highly protective against heart attacks. Fish oils also have anti-arrhythmic effects, help prevent blood clotting, and inhibit the production of inflammatory mediators that play a role in the development and progression of chronic inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease.Additional evidence is accumulating that a deficiency of Omega-3 fatty acids may be tied to behavior problems, learning, and health problems. Parents with children affected by ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) may consider using Liquid Omega-3 Fish Oils to bolster their childs intake of these

Psyllium Whole Husks Powder 12 oz Powder Psyllium Whole Husks is a natural bulk laxative that is high in fiber and mucilage; restores bowel functions; promotes healthy colon function; cleanses the large intestines; expels toxins; and may be beneficial for constipation, intestinal inflammation, stomach and duodenal ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, atherosclerosis, diabetes, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, cholesterol levels, psoriasis, weight loss and obesity. Psyllium Whole Husks are a concentrated source of natural dietary fiber. A daily fiber intake of at least 25 grams is recommended for good health, but on average people consume only 10 to 15 grams. Adequate fiber is important for normal regularity. It also helps improve transit time, which is important in limiting the time waste material spends in the body. Psyllium husks also provide the benefits of soluble fiber. Psyllium Whole Husks are an economically priced fiber, with good bulking action. The bulking action of Psyllium Whole Husks is equal to about 80% of the bulking action of Yerba Prima’s Psyllium Whole Husks Powder. Psyllium Whole Husks are preferred by some users, because they gel-up more slowly than Psyllium Husks Powder. Suggested Use: Adults and children over 12: 1 heaping teaspoon, one to three times a day. Children 6-12: 1 level teaspoon, one to three times a day. Start by taking 1 serving each day. Gradually increase to 3 servings per day as needed. Stir briskly into at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of juice, water or other fluid. Drink immediately. Drinking additional liquid is helpful. If minor gas or bloating occurs, reduce the amount you take until your system adjusts. Psyllium Whole Husks Ingredients: Pysllium Seed Husks
